For over 18 years, StreamlineCleanPro has been the trusted cleaning partner for families, business owners, Airbnb hosts, and property managers throughout Iowa’s Creative Corridor.
What started as a small, owner-operated business has grown into a respected local company — built on integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to our community.
Our founder, Josh Mason, started StreamlineCleanPro with a simple belief: every space deserves professional-grade care, whether it’s a cozy family home or a large commercial facility. That core philosophy drives every job we take on — and it’s what makes us different from a franchise or a big-box cleaning chain.
Our Values
- Transparency — You know your price before we start. No surprises, ever.
- Reliability — We show up. On time. Prepared. Every time.
- Quality — We don't rush through jobs. Every visit gets our full attention.
- Flexibility — We work around your schedule, not ours.
- Community — This is our home too. We treat your space like it's our own.

Homeowners, Airbnb hosts, contractors, churches, and property managers. We've done it all, with 5-star reviews to prove it.
